The App
We may be a small, boutique company but we still provide a professional service! The Time To Pet Client App makes it simple and easy for you to request new services, scheduled visits/walks, update your pet info, view and send messages and make payments. The Time To Pet App can be downloaded directly from the Apple App Store or from the Google Play Store.
Client Service Requests
You can submit your own service order requests directly from the Client App or the Client Portal. Service order requests can either be for one event or for multiple events. Our admin team is notified of each new request and will always send a confirmation.
Conversation Feed
Communicate directly with your dog walker, pet sitter or ilana (owner)! All messages sent to and from our staff will be listed here.
After finishing a visit - we can send pictures, notes and even a visit report card!. You can read the update, see the great pictures and respond in real time!
Easy Invoicing
In our easy to use app, invoices are automatically created and any payments can be paid via credit card, debit card, ACH, or Echeck. Apple Pay and Google Pay will be available soon! All invoices are automatically generated based on the events that are scheduled and will be automatically charged upfront once a request has been approved.
